Jayne Grimason

Jayne joined Platinum in 2016 after completing her degree in business studies. Jayne has a passion for the work that she does and the people that she works with. Her commitment to excellence has seen her successfully develop into her current position of Client Relationship Manager.

Day to day Jayne’s role is focused on building relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met, they are satisfied with the service provided and any challenges are overcome as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients and being their key point of contact.

Jayne is responsible for managing the relationships with our organisational partners and leads the planning and organisation of our financial education events that are delivered via webinars, seminars and workshops throughout the year.

Jayne has a warm and inviting personality. She wants what is best for our clients and trusted partners and takes the time to get to know each client and key partner individually. It is this quality has enabled Jayne to build a strong relationship with both our clients and partners over the years.

Jayne is a member of Women in Business (WIB) and Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF) and enjoys attending local networking events and online webinars to support in both her personal and professional development.
