As the first point of contact for clients, Helen manages appointments, greets clients, and ensures the smooth operation of the office meeting rooms and reception. Her excellent organisational and communication skills keep the office running smoothly.
Helen always ensures that anyone visiting Platinum receives a warm welcome, creating a friendly atmosphere where clients always feel at ease.

Outside of work, Helen enjoys life in Comber, where she and her husband, Tom, have lived for 26 years since moving from Belfast.
They take great pride in their two grown children, who are both studying at university and still live at home, adding to the energy of their busy household.
Helen loves to explore the countryside, especially on walks when the weather allows.
She also enjoys spending time with family and friends over good food and conversation, and she can often be found relaxing with a good book or watching her favourite romantic films.
