Financial Administrator

Amy has years of experience working in client facing roles within the automotive and hospitality industry. Amy joined Platinum in 2021 as our company receptionist, and although she was new to the financial services industry, since then she has gone from strength to strength. Upon returning from maternity leave in May 2023, Amy has now progressed into the role of financial administrator.

With a keen interest in supporting our clients, Amy’s role includes keeping close contact with clients and providers as well as providing administration support for our Financial Planners to ensure all client’s needs are met.

In addition to this, Amy is keen to expand her financial services knowledge and is enjoying learning more about the industry through her learning development.

Amy loves working with people and given her background as company receptionist, she is able to use this to her advantage within her administrative role as she is able to strengthen current relationships with clients and providers as well as developing new ones.


Outside of work

Amy would like to think that people find her approachable, friendly and thoughtful.

In her spare time, Amy loves spending time with her partner David and their one year old daughter, Daisy.

Amy also loves exploring new places, checking out new restaurants and taking her dog, Poppy for walks.
